Nashville Schermerhorn Wedding

Maggie and Ian’s wedding at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center was as personal as it was regal, and definitely one to remember. Such an all around great couple and joy to be around! Their planner, Bruce Pittman, truly created a beautiful day and experience for the couple, their family, and their guests! His attention to detail can’t be beat as seen in his own description of the day:

“Nuptials took place in the Courtyard of the Symphony Center in which guests were greeted with custom monogrammed bottles of water, the lush beauty of the space and the sounds of a string trio provided by High Tone Entertainment. The couple were married in front of a lush arch of green trailing vines covering one of the Courtyard’s three fountains that made for the perfect setting for the “I Do’s!”

Following the ceremony, guests were greeted to the Main Lobby with passed wine and scrumptious hors d’oeuvres such as Warm Brie & Fig Panini with Truffle Honey, and Lamb Crostini with Mint Pesto & Roasted Tomato

The Laura Turner Concert Hall was transformed to the perfect dinner setting including a 30’ head table, draped in a custom Sheer Romance Overlay. The Enchanted Florist accented every possible spot with lush florals and greens along with candles to set the perfect mood.

Kristen Winston Catering wowed guests with a plated dinner including duo of filet of beef & roasted jumbo shrimp, celery root potato puree, asparagus, heirloom carrots with sweet peppers, balsamic reduction and lemon gremolata.

Post dinner, The Surround Sound Band kept guests on the dance floor unless a break was needed to enjoy wedding cake from Nashville’s legendary Dessert Designs. The couple selected unique and guest approved options including Hallelujah Cake (Sour Cream & Truffle Cakes with Caramel & White Icing), Grand Marnier & Devil’s Food.As the night grew to an end, the newlyweds were bid farewell by cheering guests led to send-off by New Orleans Style horn section, and showered with Silver Streamers and lit balloon release on One Symphony Place.
